Shipping
We ship within the United States. Orders are packed and mailed within[2–3 business days], and typically arrive within[5–8 business days] after that. Shipping is a flat[$4.99], and you'll see it at checkout before you pay.
Returns
If a book isn't right, you may return it in like-new condition within[30 days] of delivery for a refund of the book price. Just email us first at hello@cottagecreekgarden.com so we can help. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.
Damaged or lost
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us a photo (for damage) within[14 days] and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days.
Signed & personalized copies
Personalized or signed copies are made just for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged.
