Shipping
Shipping is free on every order within the United States. The price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Every order is signed and packed by hand here in Tennessee, so please allow about two weeks for your books to arrive. We send books via USPS Media Mail.
We don't ship internationally just yet. If you're outside the U.S. and would like a book, email us and we'll see what we can do.
Returns
All sales are final. Because every book ships direct from us, we don't accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. If you have a question before you order, email us first at hello@cottagecreekgarden.com. We're happy to help.
Damaged or lost
We will always make it right if something is wrong. If your order arrives damaged, gets lost, or the wrong item shows up, email us a photo (for damage) within 14 days and we'll send a replacement.
Refunds
Since all sales are final, we don't issue refunds. For a damaged, lost, or incorrect order we send a replacement (see above). In the rare case we can't replace it, we'll work with you to make it right.
Printables and other downloads
Printable packs are instant downloads. There is no Media Mail wait. All digital sales are final. If the zip fails to arrive or the file will not open, email us at hello@cottagecreekgarden.com and we will resend it.
If you buy a book and a pack together: your pack downloads on the next page after you pay. The signed book ships in about two weeks.
Signed & personalized copies
Personalized or signed copies are made just for you, so they are final sale. If one arrives damaged, we'll replace it.
